Who we are
The SW Seattle Youth Alliance is a coalition formed by a committed group of community stakeholders who have come together to reduce and prevent underage drug and alcohol use. This collaborative approach is expected to provide the long-term support needed for come together to reduce and prevent empowering positive community change.
What we do
SWSYA is aligned with the Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) and engages community members, organizations, and groups in Southwest Seattle to plan, develop, and implement community and school strategies to reduce and prevent underage drug and alcohol use.
Promote health and well-being, foster a sense of love and belonging, and prevent and reduce youth substance abuse through compassionate and culturally appropriate collaboration.
